The US-China Green Energy Council is excited to announce the 2020 International Green Energy Summit will be held virtually on Zoom on Dec. 4th – 6th, 2020 (US time). It is free and open to all, but registration is required. Please see the complete Summit Program.

While nations around the globe are striving hard to recover their economy from the COVID-19 crisis, global warming, a deeper peril to our habitat on earth lies beneath the surface of this crisis. It is imperative that we all take the road of further developing green energy to cope with climate change.

The theme of 2020 summit is Green Energy Innovation and International Collaboration in the Post-Pandemic World.

Since 2008, the US-China Green Energy Council (UCGEC) has successfully held ten annual conferences, which has become a high influential international forum. All of previous forums have always focused on the frontiers and key topics of green energy development. The invited distinguished guests and speakers include the China and US governmental officials such as vice-chair of people’s congress, ministers, governors, mayors and ambassadors, Nobel laureate, academicians, university chancellors, executives of Fortune 500 companies, and entrepreneurs of leading start-ups, etc.

The 2020 summit will be co-organized by China Society for Electrical Engineering and Energy Internet Research Institute of Tsinghua University.
