SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 14 (Xinhua) -- A high-level forum was held in San Francisco, U.S. state of California, on Monday to share the best practices for accelerating the adoption of innovative policies and technologies to decarbonize the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) economies.

"We must take quick and smart actions to decarbonize economy across all sectors including power, transportation, building, cement and steel industry and several more," says Wang Qi, chairman of the U.S.-China Green Energy Council.
